The Hive is a great space for workshops and events, located at Cedar Farm in Mawdesley. It is available to hire on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Facilities:
 

• The room is approximately 35 metres sq.

• Access is via stairs and lift.

• It has a wooden polished floor, white painted walls and 3 cupboards, one for the use of Hirers.

• Collapsible plastic tables are available and 25 comfortable chairs.

• Access to a shared kitchenette (no running water in The Hive room itself).

• An efficient air conditioning system is available for both heating and cooling.

Terms of Service (Must-Read Before Booking):
 

• Payment & Confirmation: Payment must be made in full at least one month in advance. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

• Insurance: All occasional hirers must have updated Public Liability Insurance in place.

• DBS/First Aid (if applicable): Those working with children must have a full and valid DBS check and advised First Aid training.

• Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available up to one month ahead of your booking date. After this, no refunds are available.
