Service Description

Secure 8 hours of exclusive venue access from 9:00am–5:00pm. This is the best value option for multi-session painting and making workshops, full-day events, or events that require extensive set-up and pack-down time. Price includes the use of tables and chairs, which the hirer is responsible for setting up and putting away. Kitchenette facilities are also available within the building.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service (Must-Read Before Booking) - Payment & Confirmation: Payment must be made in full at least one month in advance. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. - Insurance: All occasional hirers must have updated Public Liability Insurance in place. - DBS/First Aid (if applicable): Those working with children must have a full and valid DBS check and advised First Aid training. - Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available up to one month ahead of your booking date. After this, no refunds are available.
